Dine-in experience: chicken sandwiches were good but customer service was horrible. Five minutes at the counter (our turn) and... not even a ?we will be with you shortly?. Cashiers looked confused and stressed and the place was not even packed. As a customerI felt uncomfortable dining-in. So update from my review on Monday, I'm now sick and it's Wednesday, plus my boyfriend is too. Won't be back and I won't even... bother calling the store, I'm mainly upset as I waited a good while before coming here to enjoy the new store but man...this isnot fair. Great service and I didn't wait long either but it's not worth getting sick like this when I got 2 chicken sandwichcombos with the 3 desert pastries and the banana pie so something got us sick yet I have no idea which item was bad or probablycontaminated. Even a new place in town. It seems the staff needs more motivation. My order wasn?t complete. They gave me the bag and later I... did discover the side was not there. Chicken pieces too small. Not complaining about prices, but, customer service wise, Theyhave too much room to cover. Good luck. We do have many more options in The Valley. Read more

The... cooking method retains a significant amount of oil, and the spice mix is stupendously satisfying. The chicken stays juicythroughout the entire course of your meal. Highly recommended.
