This ramen here is GREAT. They have fully gluten free options for just about everything, and they cook the noodles in separate... water so it's safe for celiacs. Really great that the GF broth is veggie based to give the most options - just enough spice andgreat miso umami flavor. Will come back! Read more
Had been eying this place for a while before finally going in. The interior is super cool; they have a graffiti mural that wraps... every wall, as well as screens on the ceiling that showcase the inside of an aquarium. It?s got that grungy hole in the wallplace vibe that I love! Our server was super nice and chill too. However, mixed reviews on the food. My friend and I gotdifferent starters - the edamame and japa fries respectively - and we both enjoyed them. I especially liked the japa fries, thesauce and seasoning were perfect. Our mains were a different story. I feel like I?m pretty easy to please with poke bowls sinceI?m obsessed with salmon and tuna, but even those couldn?t save the dish. It was very bitter and tasteless at the same timesomehow? I can?t quite explain it. I tried to finish but ended up giving up and just eating my pieces of tuna and salmon (whichby the way were tiny portions). My friend didn?t enjoy her ramen either; she said the broth was tasteless and the elements inher noodles were barely memorable.
