A decent restaurant, they have good burgers and pastries. I recommend the 7-grain bun for all burgers. It tastes better and is a... stiffer bun. My only complaint would be the size of the drinks, I never feel like it is enough for me. They have great deals allthe time and make amazing onion rings. Their service is always quick and respectful. I feel like the last few times I have gone in person it wasn't a great experience. I feel like the team has changed and I don't... appreciate the attitude that some of them give. Plus when are not busy it's mostly just standing around talking and doingnothing. This A&W is consistently one of the worst A&Ws. My partner frequently goes to this location because it's convenient while I... prefer another location. When we get meals from this location they are far greasier and poorly made. The egg on the breakfastsandwich wasn't even on the bun. Usually the pouch is so soaked in grease it's nearly transparent. Save yourself somedisappointment and drive a little further to any of the surrounding A&W options. Read more
The customer service here is lacking. The Filipino cashier looks at you head to toe but does not say hi, no greeting whatsoever.... It was silent the whole time, this business might as well have kiosks for people to place their own orders if the customerservice is going to lack. Cashier does not even let you know when your order is ready, by the time i realized my food was ready,it was already cold. Furthermore, the place is very dirty and wet. Staff don?t mop the entrance, people can slip. Instead ofmopping the puddles, staff are sweeping while people are eating. The tables have not been cleaned, good thing I brought wipes towipe down my own table. Read more
