Went to try the chicken nuggets. I enjoyed them. I'm really a big fan of their fries.
Forgot my hash brown with my meal, asked me 4 times to repeat the order because they didn?t give a receipt at the window, made... me wait 5 minutes inside while they squabbled about whether or not they would give it to me when it was sitting right there inthe heater. In the end I didn?t even know what they were saying to each other right in front of me and just left. The brown girl that works there is rude. I ordered 2 combos, had to ask for a tray for the drinks and asked them to put the food... in a bigger bag for me as they gave me multiple bags. She put the tray and bag on the counter for me to do it myself. I had mykeys and wallet in my hand so I had to drop everything I was holding onto the counter to pack my own order. I order 3-4 times aweek from them. Not anymore. Just rude. Read more
We ordered a combo and they forgot our hash brown, the manager had this I don't believe you attitude and she grabbed our bag and... touched every single item in it to made sure there wasn't one in there, while making a comment that there was grease on thenapkin so she knew they didn't forget. Every morning, 6 days a week I stop to order my breakfast at 6 am. The girl Daveena is the first person I see and she has never... smiled nor acknowledges that I'm a repeated customer. Sometimes she even ignores me. She should get training to be friendly,smile and say good morning and acknowledge customers that are loyal to A&W. Wish there was another A&W close to Bowfort. This isthe only A&W that I experienced a server who is not happy to serve. One day I will take a video just to show her smirkyattitude. Read more
We had a moldy burger. The food is always awful tasting here. I don?t think further explanation is required!
Love the location close to home. Service was pleasant and professional. However I ordered a well done burger and it was... borderline cold certainly not well done. Probably came from a warming drawer or something. I specifically avoid the location on16 ave because of undercooked beef burgers and this is why I always order my burger patty well done. This was my firstexperience here but I can tell you if you can?t take the extra time to do my burger well done as I asked and was specificallynoted in the bill then I will also be avoiding this location in the future. I might try one more time mainly because of howclose your location is to my house but all in all when the staple of the meals patty is soggy and luke warm with no line up tobe rushing for, disappointing is the most appropriate term to describe my meal.
