Very positive vibe and very welcoming by the staff/ the owner. Quite a very large variety to select from. 1st weordered a Mango Bubble tea n we were given the option on black pearls or Coconut jelly and thatsthe best choice. Especiallyafter a delicious Chicken Satey Vietnamese Sub with a pinch of spiciness. The Sub is so crispy and oven fresh. The combinationveggies to the meat in the sub was so delicious and mouth watering. Potion size was so good and appealing. The foodpresentation, potion size, taste and especially the aroma was so fulfilling. Over all experience was so out standing. Probably the best banh mi in the city! Little shop right on 17th Ave SE (International Ave). I always get the sate beef - the... bun is perfectly crunchy and fluffy and the beef is marinated perfectly. They also offer a variety of fresh take home meats,steam buns, and amazing spring rolls!
