I come here all the time and have never had any issues until tonight when the girl with the red Dog collar was working. We came... in before 830 and tried to order a peanut butter smoothie but the girl told us we can because they close in 30 minutes and shehad already washed the untencils for the night. When I tried to order a matcha she said those utensils have already been washedas well. You close at 9 not 830, I?m confused as to why you can not wash them again?..won?t be back. What a joke!!! As a Skip driver, I was not impressed with the service when the second employee started, possibly the manager or owner. This... was my 3 trip today and by 11 am they start to get busy. During my half hour wait, 5 separate groups of people came ordered andleft. My customer or myself did not receive the same respect. Just because they ordered on line and I?m delivering it does notminimize our importance or time. No communication was given about the length of time to wait. A common problem for deliverydrivers overall. The second person offered no apology and gave me some lame excuse that it was a special order. As customerswe are all special.
