Perla was outstanding tonight for her service skills! She was happy and outgoing and made sure our drinks were never empty. She... was fast with the food for the kids to make sure they were happy and full first, and made sure we had everything we needed so wenever had to ask for anything. Wow...we must have just had the best service we have ever had in our lives. Marisa has just raised our bar of customer service... to a new high. So friendly, helpful and customer oriented. Since we came in we felt super welcomed, checked on us just enoughtimes and at the end...we felt like we were back home and are being send back on our merry way by our parents with many manygifts haha Thank you for the great experience and wish you success with the new position as a front manager. You know I'm very very disappointed with service at this location. I just moved to this area before this airdrie location was my... go to. Since I've come to this area I have ordered 5 times and only 1 of those 4 times have been right. It's pretty crazy whenyou tell them you have a severe allergy to onions and they promise each time to make sure there is no seasoning. 4 out of 5times the steak came with seasoning. Also 2 out of 5 the steak came cooked right. Take a look does that look like medium well weripped it open to see if it was even cooked right atleast? To me it looks rare. The ladies awnsering the phone are very nice andcan only do so much. This last time they even wrote on the box no seasoning and when we open it behold there is seasoning. I'mastonished at the complete disregard for safty here as telling them this is a severe allergy that we have an epi pen for, youwould think they would take this pretty seriously but obviously the do not care. I have been told a manager will reach out to metomorrow, we will see what happens. This time as well the brocolli came like this. Not sure if it's moldy or dirty but youdecide from the pictures.
