We used to order from here regularly as a family for a long time. We then went through a period where 7 orders in a row were... messed up, with either full dishes or parts of dishes missed. After almost 2 years we decided to try it again because, "theycan't possibly screw it up again after this long!" When the order was delivered, a key part of one dish was again missing.Almost every time, it has been the honey dill sauce missing from the honey dill bowl (meaning that what we received was just acontainer of vegetables and a few slices of chicken). If not this, it was always something else missing to the point where itbecame a joke in the family. We have not been able to get everything we paid for in any of the past 8 orders, so we will not beordering from here again. If you actually want to get what you've paid for, order from somewhere else. Read more
The owner is amazing every time and even brought some toys to the table for the kids. The kids love the food! We always get a... table and the food is consistent and fast to come out. Great place Read more

Pros: The bar section of BP has consistently shown good service and made great Caesars. Cons: We came in with a group of 8 and... wanted to split the group into two and would have been fine with two different servers at different ends of the restaurant.However, the manager was insistent that a group gratuity be levied as we came into a group together because it was "companypolicy". So we packed up and went to Crowfoot BP instead. We live nearby but won't be returning to the Dalhousie BP anytimesoon. Read more
Not impressed . Waited for 18 minutes no service not even a drink offer .mentioned it to the person seating they said they... would get someone . Then proceeded to wait another 8 minutes before getting up and leaving. I travel a lot and frequent Bostonpizza but this by far has to be the worst location with the worst service . People were getting their second rounds of drinksand we still hadn't had anyone come serve us . Read more
I’ve been at this location many times.. but I think tonight was the best service I ever had in any restaurant. Me and my... friend were at a patio seating and the manager moved a umbrella to our table so we wouldn’t be in sun.. and the food camesuper fast too.. love this restaurant Read more
Yesterday I came to this resturaunt and order the nachos, Tacos and also a brownie. The iced tea did not taste like iced tea so... I switched to pepsi. I ordered a ½ nachos with spicy chicken. I was advised it was not spicy so i asked for extra jalapënosand a bit of buffalo sauce just for a bit of a kick. It came drenched as seen below. I could not eat my entrée much. I finshedwith the brownie. When they bill came it was 56 dollars including tip. I gave 2 stars because of a good dessert but I won't beback nor will I ever eat another BP nacho ever again.
