This is by far the BEST Bourbon in Calgary. The food is amazing, the portion is huge and value for your money is unmatched... anywhere else. I literally will never go anywhere else. By the way - it's in the Suncor Energy building food court. Once theSuncor building closes (after hours or on weekends) the restaurant is STILL open. I ordered on ubereats. The mixed vegetables were surprisingly the star. I was happy with the generous portion of blackened fish... BUT it was so bad and overcooked. It was very tough/hard and dark brown compared to the nice yellow it was. Idk if they changedbut yeah. The way it was packaged, all the liquid from the bourbon chicken spilled onto the plastic bag. The chicken was cookedwell but a little hard. Maybe the liquid could have softened it up... or balanced it. It was a dry and unpleasurable meal.
