Delicious and well-prepared meal. The price is cheap and very affordable for everyone. Their customer service is excellent, and... the location is great. The washrooms ???? are neat; the seating area is spacious and neat. They have a drive through, and theyare efficient in attending to people. Read more

Has got to be the slowest fast food restaurant we?ve ever been to (used both the drive thru and dine in). On our latest visit I... ordered the 8 nugget deal x 2 and only got 7 nuggets per bag. Asked for an apple juice for my youngest daughter and neverreceived it. Read more

I waited 30 minutes in the drive-through for one burger and when I finally opened it up I see a hair stuck on the cheese.... Disgusting. I am never going back to any burger king. I drove back and went into the store showing the burger to the staff andthe response I get is oh it?s because you wanted the cheese. It?s because of the cheese. So it sounds like it?s my fault foradding the cheese in my burger and that?s why I got a hair in my burger?? It was great customer service and it made my day. Read more

This Burger King is newer than most in the city so it's quite modern and clean. The dining area is spacious and plentiful.... Parking is not an issue as it is located in a business plaza with plenty of parking. Drive thru is a little more challenging asit wraps around the outside and you have to be careful when exiting. I picked up a whopper meal as it was Whopper Wednesday.The whopper was fresh and consistent with what I remembered it to be. I am always impressed by its size compared to thecompeting fast food restaurants. The onion rings were a detour from my usual size order of fries. They were decently fried andI enjoyed it. I still think A & W onion rings are the best, but Burger King onion rings are enjoyable! Great location andcertainly not many choice locations for Burger King. Read more

This location does not even deserve my star rating. I had stopped in to try the order again. In person this time as the drive... through did not end up well the last time. I was under the impression that the code I had was a proof of my online complaint. I was expecting at least a "I'm sorry we made a mistake with your order." They made the mistake with my order and punched inthe wrong burgers and then under cooked the French fries (Raw taste and texture). They did not seem to want to acknowledge thecomplaint. Said the the Validation code I have was for a free whooper for doing the survey. My money went into the compost,they went on with stories to not address the issue. "Oh well you took to long to come back", "I can only help you if you hadcalled us back the same day", "The only thing I am offering is the free whooper for submitting your complaint to our survey.","I am not concerned that you are now even more unhappy and not going to do business with us." Yeah it was a month ago as that'show dissatisfied I was with the service, as I ended up having to make dinner anyways. Thought that was the whole point of takeout? Sure I would have called had I noticed the fine print on the receipt that I found the next day in the car. No I don'twant your free whooper for doing your survey! That's not why I am here! No I am not giving you my personal phone number so Ican continue jumping through your hoops especially to some random person claiming she's the manager with no name tag on!!! WTH!!! I guess it's, "The Loss is my Loss" and they seem to be uncaring about the whole thing. This felt like a "ha ha, now goaway." slap in the face. Is that the normal response you tell your customers when you made the mistake???? ? I know I surewouldn't!! I wonder what was the final cost of today, Definitely was the loss of my business.
