No complaints with their drink.. i usually get the taro smoothie. My son loves yam fries. They have raised their price and the... quantity is still the same as when they were for around 5 bucks (which was still not much). So maybe lower price or add somemore fries because it's not worth it to buy for that price. Read more
My wife ordered boba online and I came to pick it up. I also wanted popcorn chicken added to the order and the person at the... till charged me for my drink and popcorn chicken. Turns out that my wife already paid online for the drink so I was asking if Ican get a refund on paying extra. The lady didn?t understand what I was trying to say so she asked another employee to help her.I explained my story and overall, they refused a refund. I don?t know the details about online orders and how it affects theirbusiness but refusing to do refunds or ?they don?t do refunds? is super weird. The employee knew I was frustrated anddisappointed so she called her manager and they finally were able to provide a cash refund. I appreciate the effort but there?sstill a lot of work when it comes to providing adequate customer service. Shout out to Monica for making things work. Read more
Just got a couple bubble tea and some popcorn chicken. Both were delicious and tasty. We come here often and it?s always good.
Last month I would have given them 5 stars. We loved getting a Cha Time close by and have been fairly regular customers. Today... we went and they now have cardboard cups so you can no longer see the drink, there were barely any pearls, and it was quitedisappointing to say the least. Read more
Employees here needs to be trained on how to provide a proper customer service and how to be friend and welcoming to... customers. When I got my bubble tea, they did not even clean my tea container, there was tea dripping everywhere and I had toask for napkin to clean it before grasping it. And then they realized it was not cleaned and they cleaned it. Quality of teawas good. But everything else was hugely disappointing. Read more
