PS: If you don't want to read a VERY long review I suggest you skip over this. Here's a few things I should say from my... experience in Chatime. When I first tried the brown sugar milk tea drink, I personally thought it was a bit watered down anddidn't have enough tea or brown sugar flavor, and another problem; the pearls. When I was eating the pearls, I noticed that theinside of the pearls was somewhat frozen! I cant even tell you about the bathroom. When I entered the washroom, there was yellowliquid leaking from it! The only reason I'm rating it a 3 is because in the SE there isn't many Boba shops and the shop designwas very nice. But id recommend you go to other Boba shops if you are trying for the first time ( Cha House, Gong Cha ). Read more

I visit this location with my friends a lot. Yesterday I ordered 3 milk teas ahead of time for 7pm. After I picked it up I... realized the milk went bad, forming small solid pieces. Finally a proper Bubble Tea house in the deep SE! We have been waiting for a while, and it didn't disappoint. The staff is... very friendly and the establishment is very clean. There are a few tables and some couch seating available, as well as a fewgames to play while you are waiting for your drinks. Decor wise, it's not as refined as some other locations, but I'm sure itwill change over time. Service was a little slower but I'm chalking that up to opening woes, and I'm sure it willimprove. Parking is plentiful, and the facilities are well kept. Prices and selection are on par with other Bubble tea placesin the city. A great place to bring the family when they get the bubble tea urge.
