Even though place is open nobody is there or person id hiding in the back. Rang the bell that is next to register many times... asked if anybody is there, no response. Waited 10 minutes and gave up. The manager should seriously consider either closing thislocation or hiring someone who will actually do work and not collect money while sitting in the back doing nothing. Read more
The Nutella crepe was very well made and delicious and I enjoyed eating that. Also, the girl showed amazing customer service.... People should visit this and they gona love it. Read more

I couldn't tell you how the product is. I went there to try some gelato. There was only one girl working and she was sitting... down in the back watching a video on her phone. I called out to her about ten times, almost shouting and she never looked upfrom her phone. I don't know if she is deaf or what, so I left. I thought about throwing a napkin at her, but I just gave up.It's the worst customer service I've ever seen, what an embarrassment of an establishment. I guess they don't like to sell theirproducts. I guess they hire anyone with a pulse. Or maybe she was dead, I should have called the ambulance. On August 18 closing cashier was very rude and unprofessional. Spend 15 minutes in line to discover that they are not making... crepes anymore in spite of the mall still open time. Same for the customer before us, who wants to order bubble waffle and gotsame rude answer. How hard can it be to tell people in line that you have only ice cream left.
