Drove in for a quick hot noodle soup. Ordered my favourite pulled pork in sour and spicy broth. Delicious hint of smokiness from... the pull pork.. Amazing!!.. Their cold cut beef slices appetizer is out of this world! Super friendly staff and awesomeservice. Read more

We ordered kimchi beef soup and pickled cabbage beef soup. The umami from pork bones base, the sour and the tanginess from the... kim chi marinate, and the sweetness from the cabbages, all fabricated a broth with layers of flavors. I left the beef too longin the hot soup. They were too over cooked by my mistake. Other than the fish cake, which was less bouncy, I enjoyed all theingredients in the soup. The deep fried chicken snack was very crispy and tender and juice. Highly recommend it if you sit downwith a hungry tummy like me. The szechuan spicy beef and tripe was on the sweet side, I suggest they may increase the szechuanpeppercorns. We came as the first table (no other patron), service was friendly and fast. I really enjoyed my experience here the staff were Nice and friendly and my food came out promptly. I can't believe that the... soup was that hot being served on the table but that's the concept it was pretty cool it was literally bubbling and boiling atmy table. I started with the appetizer which was a pumpkin and bean cake and it just looked similar to a little tiny ris tinyrice cake that's breaded or like a crab cake. It was freaking good man. The soup I found delicious if you want something veryis something very earthy and bone broth because it really doesn't have a lot of enemis of any special attitudes there'sapparently no MSG at this restaurant which I like. So I guess you could add salt to taste to the bone broth but it was flippinggood. The rice noodles were very tender and soft and slippery and fun to eat. This was my first time trying Crossing the Bridge Rice Noodles Soup, and I was very impressed. The presentation of everything,... and the rich flavor of the "Mountain Cliff Mushrooms" variety I ordered was delicious, almost like a gravy. Noodles wereperfect, and they even offer extra noodles after you finish your first bowl if you'd like. A fantastic price, the service wasincredibly quick, and our server was very nice.
