Came to dairy queen and pulled up the offers on my app... When I went inside and asked for the bogo coupon to be scanned on my... app I was told.."we don't have a scanner"... They would not honour any of the deals in the app. When I asked to speak to amanager they stated "we don't have one". Probably the worst dq experience in my life. Please do not come to this location. First of all, yes I do realize that it is Dairy Queen.. but, when you pay for a cake with piping there are some criteria that... need to be followed. First, centering is important... Second, consistency in letter size.... Third, letter spacing.... Fourth,use imaginary lines and stay on them. Customers, DO look at your cake before paying for it. These cakes are expensive andprice should represent quality. This was a little sloppy. Practicing on parchment paper is a must. I would not recommend thislocation for cakes with piping... Read more
