I?ve been to this location 5 to 6 times already over the past years, and my peanut buster parfait has always been almost double... the size of what I received today as shown in the photo. When I addressed this to the front counter person, she says that isthe size that is given at this location, and it was never more than the size as shown in my photo. I know that this is a liebecause again I?ve been here 5 to 6 times before in the past. I?m paying close to eight dollars and I feel that I am gettingripped off. Eight dollars to some of you may not be a lot of money but to me it is a lot of money and I want you get what I payfor. Will I come back to this location absolutely not unless you want to get ripped off. Read more

My partner and I come here often, and 90% of the time the service is horrible. Between not cleaning equipment (my bf once... received a blizzard with peanut butter in it; he ordered a cherry blizzard), slow (or no) service, and rude staff, I?m not surehow they stay in business. Last night we were there, ordered our food, and 3 Skip meals were sent out before they even realizedthey forgot about ours. Then couldn?t remember what we ordered. The only reason I?m giving 2 stars is Carole is amazing. Shewill be the only person who serves me there in the future. Read more

Purchased a cake cause we just wanted a cake & went to this location cause we were close to home, we asked the lady instead of... writing to make random circles on top with the gel cause who doesn?t love the gel. She said no cause it?s an extra design .. uhpretty sure it was so much easier then writing a phrase. So I had to get happy birthday for no reason. Last time I come here,I?ll stick to the other location I normally go to cause they never have a problem with that. Read more

Been here twice this week. Last night I ordered the large blizzard and got it right away and drove 3min to get home it was soup... when I went to eat it so I thought ok maybe my fault for living 3mins away. Today I went back and got 2 banana splits and didnot drive home and ate them in the parking lot after getting them right away. Again the ice cream was melted. How is it possiblefor the ice cream to melt so fast? Is it just me or is there something wrong with their ice cream machines? Both times I couldhave gone back to compalin but I'm not a Karen. My husband and I love this location because of Carole!!! She is the friendliest and knows her products. Today i went to this location and my experience was not really good. There was no customer service, even they didn?t say Hii to... me. The entire staff was confused and they took way longer to take my order. It was ice cream order and when after long time myorder was done, the staff didn?t say order up. Staff there need retraining. This is their tossed chicken strip basket.... hardly any sauce on the chicken strips and fries half... full (they never fill them like other locations). This is always the case at this location, and the time before this our peanutbuster parfaits had so much salt with the peanuts it was absolutely disugsting, too lazy staff to refill the peanut containerand rather scoop all the salt at the bottom into the parfaits. They also don't give out receipts with their orders so you can'tcome back and let them rectify a mistake. Bad experience everytime. Read more
