Always love a good blizzard, quite expensive though for blizzards. The short icecream cakes are great, busterbars good, banana... splits good, and Sundays are great. Had a horrible experience here today. First of all, I pay $11 for 4 small chicken strips and a smaller portion of fries (which... doesn?t include a drink) so I have to pay an extra $2 for that. Secondly, they only gave me one plum sauce for my chicken stripsso I asked for one more and the lady was like ?you might have to pay for that.? Like how does that make sense? Very disappointing location. I understand having security cameras and a business style security system however when you start... incorporating consumer level monitoring systems it seems a bit sketchy. I am a fan of WYZE cameras for consumers and home usebut the idea of a manager watching on their personal phone or on a personal account is questionable at best. My blizzard wasvery poorly made and my Wifes was made with totally the wrong ingredients. Instead of using the correct gummy worms they justgot a bunch of stale variety packs and put those in. Absolutely abismal experience. Messed up our entire order, no fries, no dipping sauce for the kids meals. Daughter went back to... ask for a sauce after I had requested one and they said it'll be $.50. I went and asked why? They said it's their policy forextra sauce....it was two meals both sauces missed ...why Nickle and dime people when you make errors time and time again on asingle order...for crying out loud we were the only people in the shop at 2pm in the afternoon. Been coming to this location offand on for 20 years ... apparently there has been a change in managers. May and her crew simply don't care about customers shecouldn't be bothered to look up from her screen to acknowledge me asking a question.
