Had a great experience. Large pizza was ready in about 15 minutes for pick up. Tasted great I almost ate the whole thing!
Ordered pizza with estimate of 25-35 min wait. Approximately 1 hour later we called for an update and was told pizza was on its... way. After 1.5 hours pizza was still not here despite location. Being only 15 mins away. Called store again and was after beinggiven no estimate for delivery or resolution my gf was told ?this has nothing to do with me, I?m not the driver, I don?t care?and was hung up on. HORRIBLE! Ordered gluten free...it arrived cold about an hour later. Later in the evening I ordered another gluten free pizza... and got a wheat crust pizza. The bonehead on the phone INSISTED it was gluten free. For those not blessed with glutenintolerance..you may not realize that a TEN inch pizza sets you back TWENTY bucks! And...its not at all the same as the softertastier wheat crust (but of course you....through no fault of your own are gluten intolerant and will get sick eating it) Thatthis guy could tell me the crusts were the same when they were OBVIOUSLY different in every way except being round.isstunning. If they are that good at reading labels on pizza priducts, and that honest about taking accountability...how goog areyour chances that they read and follow instructions on cleaning products or hand washing? We ordered a large 4 topping (Tomatoes, Onion, Green Pepper, Black Olives) and a pasta. When I got home with my order, me and my... wife started with the pasta and my kids started with the pizza. I noticed that instead of tomato, they had put feta cheese. Iimmediately called them to let them know and they said that if the pizza had not been eaten, then can do an EXCHANGE. I askedthem that what will they do with the pizza I returned, you won't sell it again and they said that they would THROW it. I toldthem them that in times when people are starving for food, instead of throwing it, can't I keep the old pizza, and they said NO,they can only do an exchange as this is the POLICY. This is extremely SHAMEFUL that a global brand like Domino's has a policy ofwasting food when people don't have enough to eat. They were very stubborn and did not remake my order. I am not sure if we wantto eat or recommend anyone this location. Extremely disappointing is an understatement. Read more
Normally this location is very good but my last order with them was unacceptable. Food was burnt and pizza dough was... inconsistent, it looked like it was flipped over after cooking. See my pics below. Update : dominos reached out to me andagreed that the product this time was subpar, they gave me a credit for a future visit and I may try them again in the new year. Read more
This is what I always expect to see when I order garlic fingers. The bacon was added before, perfect! Side of donair sauce!... Perfect! It's rare our repeat order ever shows up like this though. This Domino's is usually really consistent with quality, we've had undercooked wings a couple times so it would be nice to have... an option through the app to cook them well done but everything else is always delicious and good quality. There's not manyfranchise pizza places that can beat Domino's quality and price. Keep up the good work guys! Read more
