I went here to eat one evening with my girlfriend on Sept 4. We've been to several Earl's locations throughout the city and in... Banff. The food is always top notch and the service is always great. I was there last Sunday for lunch and had the best experience! We sat on the patio for lunch and got the seafood platter which... was so good and fresh. Our servers name was Taylor and she honestly was the best server I’ve had in a very long time!! She wasso personable, friendly, and helpful! I have noticed in these days it can be tricky to come by a top-notch server, but Taylorwas amazing! I will definitely be back and will ask to sit in her section again!! Read more

Great place and atmosphere. Yesterday we went there for business dinner... It took then 45 mins to sit us. Apparently they were... short staffed. Then we had a waitress that took our order of drinks, brought 2 out of 3 and another water came over to ask us ifwe want anything... No introduction or explanation waiters changed. Food was amazing great portions and perfectly seasoned. WhenI asked about a copy of the receipt I never got the print with the tip on it. Apparently where we were sitting there was a smallwind current that got us all wiping our noses all evening. I'd definitely go back but check if there are staffed before I doanother reservation.
