Very unfriendly and unpleasant - cheap experience. I ordered Chicken and beef order to be made on white rice to which I found... that it was burnet and unchewable after the first couple bites. I asked for it to so I can enjoy my meal. I was then given morerice and told that ?I looked like I enjoyed it? which I found extremely disrespectful. She then continued to argue with meinfront of other clients in the restaurant because I asked for it to be re made? Extremely unprofessional and I WILL NEVERRECOMMEND COMING HERE. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. Terrible service. I have now gotten it made the 2nd time and it still has BURNTRICE. This Edo is a disgrace to the franchise and the quality it once was known for. I placed an order for pick up. I got there and it was very promptly ready for time i requested. So far so good. Then I got the... food home. I ordered and paid for extra meat. The meat covered about half the dish. Very disappointing. I also asked for 3scoops of sauce. I got zero. After paying over $20 for the meal I got home to a very dry bowl of at least 80% rice. Ordered Alaska sushi was no fresh had bad stomach. Salmon salad was ok n Gyozas also no fresh like cooked 24 hrs before.

Got the chop chop bowl & kami sushi platter. Sushi was alright, not amazing or great. I was just craving sushi and edo was the... closet one around. I got the beef chop chop bowl, it was decent, I got a decent portion of meats and the veggies were a goodamount too. Overly a decent meal nothing to rave about but I got full at the end. Mostly due part to all the rice from bothdishes. The customer service at this location can be better, the women who took are order looked very unhappy and had a bit ofattitude when we ordered. Once our order was ready they didn?t even call us over, just left the table on the counter to bepicked up. I go every Friday for lunch, but today they poured scoops and scoops of sauce on my teriyaki chicken. It looked like soup, the... whole dish. I couldn?t even eat two bites it was so salty and disgusting. I showed the workers at front and he said you askedfor two scoops, that?s what you got. They were happy with what they did even though they knew it wasn?t right. Verydisappointing considering I get two scoops every week. Missing half the veggies and meat too, very small portion.
