Food was very bad but her service was discussing.

Rice was old and hard. Beef was overcooked. Gave most of it to my dog who didn't mind it and threw the rest out.

I always order the chicken teriyaki and shrimp plate. Always taste fresh and always get super large portions of meat and... vegetables. Always get polite and friendly service here. I will be back. Read more

Had the beef teriyaki. Was horrible. The meat was stringy with connective tissue holding the pieces together. As well as a... large chunk of shaved tendon. Was very unappetizing. Coke was also reduced syrup and flavorless. IMO the location isattempting to save at the expense of the customer and all it does is drive customers away. I won't be back here. Read more

Had the chicken and beef. It's funny, but I had trouble distinguishing between the beef and the chicken. Maybe because there was... very little chicken ? Other then that it tasted okay. The sauce they ask you "how many scoops" isn't teriyaki sauce, but okaynonetheless. Read more

Showed up at 5:55 to grab something. All employees were dressed in their regular clothes chatting amongst themselves. I stood... there and one man pointed at the clock saying ?we are closed. We close at 6? fulling pointing at a clock that said 5:55. I said?I understand, but it?s not 6.? And he just kept repeating himself and as did I. I walked away and subway next door was niceenough to take 2 mins of their time to wrap something up before closing at 6. Extremely rude of Edo employees. hey I?ve beenthere. When someone shows up 5 minutes to close but I don?t chase them away before the scheduled time to close. Even when it was1 minute before. I just simply served them and closed up a few mins later. Anyways they continued to chat till after 6 and stareme. I just knew they were talking about me for calling them out. The Edo Japan in Westbrook Mall is a great place to eat but I would not recommend Edo Japan in North Hill Mall. The last few... times we ate there we got hair in our food from the guy that was cooking and serving that had long hair and we complained andthey didn't seem to care about it at all so we don't eat at northhill Ido anymore Read more

Ugh. Ok I have enjoyed some Edo meals before but this meal was one for the books.....the bad books. Portion was significantly... less than at other Edo?s. The food quality was extremely sub par. Very chewy meat and veggies were off colour. Let?s just sayI?ve ?bento? much better edo establishments. Read more
