Went to buy food about 8:30pm today and they said they are closed. Customer should be served if inside and door is not closed. ... On Google, it says they close at 9pm. Poor customer service, it shows how you disregard the customer that enjoy the food anddrove 15mi. My kid came back being so upset. Read more

the food is ok good but not great, they forgot to include soy sauce with the sushi which is a shame because they told me i would... have to wait a while for my sushi because it was really busy and I obliged. Only to have sushi without soy sauce :( Read more

Quality has gone down a lot recently, the beef seems like its precooked during lunch hour. The rice was also made incorrectly... during my last few visits, they're adding too much water or not enough rice and it comes out way too soft. Read more

Everytime I order from the store on Skip the dish ALWAYS there's is no sauces and no chopsticks and no soy sauce for the rolls.... So I decided to come in to order and I made sure to ASK for everything this time, and still no sauces for the rice and nosoysauce or ginger or Wasabi for the sushi rolls. I've been to other edos over a 1000 times and this is the only location I haveproblems with.. either the Managers are cheap or they dont care about providing everything the menu says the food comes with.Will never be returning to this location or recommending it. The menu at Edo needs some updating, children's have no meat free options. Our children's meals cost $6.75 the same price as... the chicken or beef plates but no additional veggies. This is not really a complain about this location but rather Edo ingeneral, its probably time to modernize your offerings. We had 4 meals here and all of them were flavorless, I am amazed at howmany different ingredients than can put in a bowl and still be flavorless. To top it all off, while we were eating an unmaskedcostumer came in, bypassed the ordering screen and ordered directly at the table where fresh food comes out.
