My wife and I were just at this location at 630pm on November 26th 2022.. We were served food that wasn?t cooked properly and... portions were very small and both of our dishes were missing one Shrimp each.. We showed him right away and the cook gave usattitude and didn?t seem to care.. He was very loud telling us that he made a mistake and then started talking about us to theother staff member as we waited for our missing shrimp.. I won?t ever be back to this location ever again.. The portions are sooooo small where other places fill it right to the top of the lid. Their dynamite role comes inside a fridge... for $5 for 4 pieces and they're tiny little pieces too. I asked the guy when it was made and he told me it is made in themorning everyday so.. I guess I just have to trust them on that. I found this location to be very good. The Sukiyaki beef of good portion size, fresh and hot with lots of broccoli (I love... broccoli). The teriyaki sauce was rich, thick and delicious, unlike several other locations i?ve been too in Calgary. I?ll beback. Read more

Dine here a lot. Feel like they have changed ownership and the food quality is not quite as good as it used to be. They put... pepper on the edamame which was very odd. Decent food but minus three stars on customer service. First words out of my mouth were " we are here to try the cauliflower... rice" when we received our orders it was clearly white rice. When I brought this to their attention they looked at the order,which had been incorrectly entered and omitted the cauliflower rice. No attempts were made to correct the situation. They justlooked at me hopelessly. One would think with how hard they are pushing the cauliflower rice marketing the emphasis would reachdown to the franchise level. Read more
