Sorry but I just had the worst $100 order from this location. the bacon on all our orders were burnt and bitter, the buns were... so soggy that they were falling apart. we could barely hold up the burger because everything was melting. The fries wereobviously cooked in old oil because of the smell and color, Cajun fries were covered in salty powder that you can barely enjoyeating them and the sandwiches were all mislabeled. I have never had Five guys burger this has got to be the worst experience(and expensive for the quality) that I have ever ordered. Read more
We picked up 2 burgers and Cajun fries around 9.30pm last night as we?re moving soon and didn?t have time to cook. It?s... absolutely ridiculous how much Cajun spices the lady working there put on our fries. We were sweating bullets after eating 2fries! We even tried removing some of the spices with your fingers but it was still way too much. We spent close to $40.00including tips and just ate the burgers. Not happy about that! Read more

Hands down for one of the best burger joints in Calgary. Clean place, tidy front house. Staff are very friendly always... smiling. The young lady who take my order was so nice and very helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. She helped mewith my burger topping. I ordered cheese burger with French fries and strawberry milk shake. By far the best French fries ????in Calgary, very fresh and delicious. My cheese burger was rich flavor and cheese was delicious and feel real cheese. Milk shakewas okay not much impressed with it. The price was good enough for me. One star out because I didn't like the packaging I knowit is part of five guys tradition, but I believe they should consider change it. First time and likely last time with Five Guys. Ordered for pick-up by phone, they forgot to do our order defeating the point to... order ahead, then they just put us in the regular queue and we had to wait longer, staff seemed young, overwhelmed andunderprepared for how busy it was, fries were cold and Cajun seasoning was so heavy on fries it was impossible to eat.
