Nice and cozy Japanese restaurant. It can accommodate about 50 people. The place was clean. Lots of food options to choose from... with reasonable price. We ordered Okonomiyaki to share, but unfortunately it wasn’t our liking. I didn’t like the cheese andthe batter was too thick. We also ordered Chasu Ramen and Medium spiced Fuji Red Tonkatsu Ramen. Servings were big, the noodleswere perfectly cooked and the broth was tasty. However, I found the broth too oily as you can tell from the attached photos.Also, the Medium Spiced Red Ramen wasn’t spicy at all. Great experience overall. The ramen we ordered was excellent. The broth was not salty at all. I ordered the curry ramen so that... was mind blowing. Great hint of spices and the curry was not overpowering. I also ordered the onigiri as well. Definitely one totry out. Aside from the great food, is the service. When you go to a place that makes you feel welcome like family. Thisrestaurant is the perfect example and you feel right at home. The manager who was also our server, provided excellent service toour group. She would have a conversation to us and also fill our waters as well. We been looking for a good ramen place in thesouth since we been going to downtown often so having a gem in the south has definitely made a staple where good ramen is closeto home. I went to Fuji Ramen twice this week because it was so amazing! I had the Black Fuji Tonkotsu Ramen and it was so delicious. ... The pork just melted in my mouth and I love that it was a full egg, not just half an egg like at some other ramen places. Iwent back later in the week with my kids and I love that kids are not an afterthought there. They had training chopsticks, kidsutensils, fun colouring sheets and markers. It's all about that "Broth"!!!. This family owned restaurant has been satisfying palates of all types since opening in an... unpredictable pandemic. But the family secret, dedication, and perseverance trumped it all. The ambiance is casual flare andfamily orientated. Attention to detail and sense of pride is overflowing at the restaurant, which is reflected on to the foodand overall dining experience!!! Fresh ingredients, creative ideas and presentation was on-point!! We started with the FujiOnigiri. This is an absolute must try, excellent value and absolutely delicious (I could literally eat 5 of these triangleflavour bombs!. Rock n’ shrimp another well presented and well done dish. Chicken Karaage was fresh and tender. For rolls wetried the Butterfly (not pictured) and volcano roll both very fresh and delicious. You can tell the broth is a labour of love. Velvety smooth and has a complexity of flavours to complement the meat and vegetables bringing the dish together with ampleamount of noodles. Not one drop was left behind. Upgraded to 5 ???? after our last visit. We sat at the bar this time and we got all much faster, a lady who seems to be the... manager was super nice, as well as everyone else. My kid was super happy coloring picachu. So yummy rolls. One of our favoritesplaces know. Great pricing, good variety of food. Wish their Bento boxes were available for dinner. I'm used to sushi with moreflavour and missed my all time favorite the dynamite roll, but I lived. Waitresses are super friendly, although they seemedunder staffed as it took a while to order.
