Had a large earl grey with 3J. I found it pretty good as the taste of the tea was very strong, which I like. The toppings were... tasty too. Service was fast, but I found that employees could be a little more energetic. I also found their large size of cupsto be rather small (for me, it ressembles the regular size of some other bubble tea shops), so it makes their products a littlepricier. Read more
This was our first bubble tea experience. The store employee helped us choose a bubble tea flavor combination. She provided us... with different option for the first time buyers. Very good customer service and very good suggestions. We went for a green teawith mango flavor and mango pearls. The drink was very refreshing, fruity and delicious. Perfect for a hot summer day. Panda milk tea is awesome!! The vibe is good and simple, bright and well layout. Staff is friendly. Also we try the egg waffle,... made fresh, taste good!! Love this place. Their salted milk foam is a nice touch to their classic black tea. They have a large selection of drinks and... they can get pretty busy. The tea quality is good; you can taste it through the rich creamy milk. The wait times can vary, butthe staff are friendly and hard working. I'd say Gong Cha is way more reasonable (at this point) than similar establishmentsand the black tea taste is stronger at Gong Cha for their classic milk teas. Read more
Good place if you want something non bubble tea, they have various selection of tea and Chinese beverages to choose from.
