Beware of the strawberry smoothie. Tastes very artificial and sweet, even with less sugar. Milk tea with pearls was... excellent. Older man who worked there made sure we had our orders when he noticed that we were waiting there longer than usual.Very nice and welcoming! Read more

Went to this store after a while. Ordered milk tea with brown sugar pearls no sugar less ice. Everything was good except the tea... was full of ice. I had to wait for an hour for the ice to melt to have it. I usually buy gong cha at chinook and they alwaystake care about less ice. Overall it was a decent experience. Read more
location is often less busy than the main location by the food court, however can at times take longer for there are less staff... operating this location compared to the main. No issues though, staff are polite, drinks are everything you'd expect from a GongCha and they seem to serve everything all other Gong Cha Locations do. (This location I believe doesn't sell Gong ChaMerchandise however, so you would need to go to the main location if you were interested) Read more
I ordered only 2 drinks and corrected the staff about my order. He entered panda milk tea instead of taro, I was able to pay... attention while his entering my order. I ordered Lychee mango green tea( first time to order this drink), he asked if I want anytoppings, I said no. For Taro MT I told him to add pudding. When I got home? I was really hungry and I thought that there's areal lychee fruit in my drink until I almost finished it and realized that it was the pudding that supposed to be on the otherdrink (Taro MT). Tasted really weird but managed to finished it cause I pay for it. When I checked the receipt the staffmistakenly added to the Lychee mango green tea drink. Read more
Everytime I go to Gongcha, I always order "PANDA MILK TEA" less ice and 100% level sugar. The "PANDA MILK TEA" here in Crossiron... Mills Mall more taster than in Gongcha Chinook Centre Mall. Read more
