Came twice. It's a comfortable experience for dine-in but you need to make good choices for the food. The soup noodles were... pretty good. The satay soup was full of flavor, could be better though. But we were greatly disappointed by the fried noodles. The sauce is sweet bbq sauce and not fried as we would imagine. It's soggy and sweet with thick carrot and broccoli pieces. Notworth the price. I haven’t retired all Vietnamese places around Houston but I’ve liked this one the best so far. The Banh Mi soon I were... delicious. The bread has the right crispy yet soft in the middle texture. The flavor of the ha long bay had depth and a goodfatty texture to it. Is divinely recommend and will be coming back. The portions were appropriate for the prices. Read more

The ha long bay was a perfect blend; not too salty or sweet. Therefore I had ha long bay "virgin" style, meaning no need to add... the "T??ng" and or " ??t T??ng" (Sriracha) which would usually need to be added to enhance and flavor not-so-good broth. I justsqueezed some lime and for a hot kick, I ate the fresh sliced Jalapenos. They gave plenty of bean sprouts, Cilantro and ThaiBasil. They did not have Ngò Gai which was a tiny bit disappointing. I ordered the small ha long bay Tái Gân Sách. The Gânwas soft and not too "dai" and the Sách was not overcooked and just the right tenderness with the right amount of crunch. For aha long bay place in Sugar Land and not in Chinatown/Vinatown on Bellaire, it's pleasantly pleasurable! Read more

Must visit for authentic south east Asian noodle soup. Flavors are good, ingredients are fresh, toppings are plentiful, price is... fair, and service is very fast. If I lived in Portland I would try each of their daily soups. Be aware there is only 2 to choosefrom each day of the week Read more

It’s a place with a limited ever rotating menu specializing in just 2 or 3 dishes a day! I got crab noodle soup, the broth was... really rich and delicious. Thick rice noodles were nice too. It’s no frills and clean with rapid service. Would happily comeback here any time. Read more

Decent viet restaurant conveniently located at the heart of downtown Calgary. Not sure what they do to their noodles but I can... feel the extra chewy texture which makes every bite very enjoyable. It's slightly more pricey than the usual viet joints butgiven their location, I think it is a fair game. To provide some context, a rice noodle soup from bankers hall food court costsyou the same but has half the portion. The staff are very attentive and friendly as well that perfects the diningexperience. ------ Update: tried their vermicili and it is honestly amazing. Definitely take a visit for your lunch/dinner ifyou work/are nearby Read more
