Wow yet , I went in for my replacement burgers and the MOD was the rudest . She basically called me a liar and that I wanted... free food , I can plainly tell a low grade chicken burger vs the real deal , she tried telling me is was jaur a small one ,sure it is lady.... you should be fired for your horrible customer service , your attitude is disgraceful and even youemployees apologize for her actions And would only give me one of the burgers because I didn't post two pictures of theburgers, I figured one was enough. Waited insanely long in drive thru for an overcooked virger with one cucumber and the smallest amount possible of lettuce and... chipotle. What a ripoff. Why are half the donuts burnt and unedible? Read more
I was disappointed with the food. I ordered breakfast I received a few tater tots and the sandwich had wilted lettuce that made... it taste off and the coffee was too strong, so I had to add extra cream and sugar. I love their burgers but I won't be back forbreakfast Read more
Haven't been in a Harvey's for years. Had a double burger with Onion Rings and Dr. Pepper. The burgers where precooked. No... flavor and dry. Rings all 5 where I think also precooked. Pop no real flavour. Overall Not impressed. Read more
Food was good (onion rings and vege burger), but horrible customer service. I went through the drive through and asked the price... of a combo which I was told was $10.30. I said I don't want the drink though, so ordered the burger and onion rings. The totalcame to $10.15 (would have been helpful to know there was barely a difference with the combo price). At the next window I askedthe difference is 15cents? And the guy said yeah it's too late now though cause your orders been processed. He was also rude,after I paid he handed me the bag of food without even looking at me. I checked my order before leaving the parking lot and sureenough no ketchup was given for the onion rings. I went inside and in front of me a guy was letting them know he didn't get the2 water bottles as part of his drive through order. The lady gave them to him without an apology. Same thing happened with myketchup. I will not be returning unless customer service improves. Read more
It's definitely not the first thing that comes to mind when it comes to poutines, but from my experience earlier today, I... thought i'd give it a try and lo and behold, you get a surprisingly decent amount for $5. Fries and gravy are pretty hot andgood, though I couldn't help but think that the cheese curds were frozen at one point, though it didn't bother me toomuch. Overall, it's impossible to compare this poutine with proper restaurant poutines (size especially) but if you want friesand gravy and don't wanna pay poutinerie prices, I think Harvey's is an option to consider (Pictured in review: RegularPoutines, w/ 20cm plush doll to give a sense of scale) Read more

Excellent service, and very understanding staff. I didn't realize that the hours had changed tonight (very short-sighted of me,... but hind-sight is 20-20), but the staff were still so courteous and patient with me. They got the order done hot and fresh, withall of the customizations correct. They're wonderful people, and it's a large part of what's kept me as a loyal customer to thislocation for the past several years.
