I had the most rude server (Kaylee) who refused to replace a horrible tasting smoothy for us. We were specific in asking for... little to no cranberry juice in our order, but when we received it all we could taste was cranberry. She was rude said that itwasn't her problem and continued to talk over us when we complained stating we should order better next time. I wish I could give negative stars.... went to order a MOCHA protein smoothie and the ladies made a vanilla protein smoothie and... basicly told me to kicks rocks when I asked them to remake it. Only one person working, one couple ahead of me who ordered 2 smooties and a grilled cheese (already made, just needed to be... heated up) took 20 minutes to get my order of a smoothie and pre made wrap (there was no skip the dishes orders as well, as Iwatched her just make what the couple ahead of me ordered). Was not wearing gloves, was putting in orders with no gloves andputting the cost in the pin pad that everyone touches and then grabbing the persons grilled cheese ahead of me without gloves. Ihad to ask her to please out on gloves. Will not be back. Read more
