Very upset with management, went there from other side of the mall and reached there at 4.21, employee said she does nt do... freshly pressed juice because of closing time. Closing time is 5 pm, how come u stop serving 40 mins early to serve freshlypressed juice. And that was very rude behaviour, wont going there anymore. They dont care about customers. Read more
Amazing service by the lady. It was very fast and very professional. This is the only Jugo Juice in Calgary that makes juices... and smoothies that aren?t watered down. High recommend to everyone! Read more
Worst service of our lives. The girl couldn't figure out their own gift cards and then when we got one of our favorite smoothies... it was missing ingredients and tasted awful we told her and she started arguing with us that she made it right and we didn'tknow what we were talking about. Very warm day, we decided to have fresh juice and smoothie. Good Ambiance and Customer Service was fairly good. I ordered... Lavender Lover. The taste of this smoothie was nicely blended with rich flavour and aroma of Lavender. Quite refreshing. Not toosweet, the way I like. My friend ordered Orange Apple Carrot Fresh Juice which was phenomenal. Super refreshing. Associate wasmaintaining good hygiene. Would like to try out some other smoothies. The best thing is location, instead of deep insideSunridge Mall it is located few meters inside of Daily Fresh doors of the mall. Read more
Worst customer service and worst quality smoothies. The girl at the counter gave us a look as if we shouldn?t be at the store as... she doesn?t want to work and want us out of the store, very arrogant. I always drink from Jugo Juice but Here the smoothie wasbitter and tasteless. Had a couple sips and it was not even worth drinking and I had to throw it in garbage. I would highlysuggest to go to some other location. I wouldn?t even give 1 star if I had a choice. Read more
This is horrible, there should be a standard when food should be thrown out if it is out of the date of freshness. I had to spit... this out, while I ate half of it blindly. There quality of this has gone south. Disgusted. Read more
Staff used a dirty blender to make my drink. It was clearly not rinsed out after being used for the customer before me as it... still had smoothie from the previous drink all over and inside it. Good thing I don?t have allergies lol. Read more
