Worst customer service ever. The woman standing behind the counter didn?t greet her customer (even after I said hi to her... first), didn?t say a single word the whole time, all she did was staring at me rudely like with hatreds. For a second I almostwondered if that was a real human standing there. If she is an employee, it?s pretty obvious that she hates her job to guts. Ifshe is the owner, then it?s really hard to imagine how she keeps business running with that attitude. All in all, definitely notreturning. Read more

I love Jugo juice's Kale's King fresh juice. However, this place is horrible at preparing anything. This is the 3rd time I buy... from them. The first time they added banana, and it tasted bad. The second time I watched the girl do it and told her that lasttime she had done it wrong. That time it tasted ok, but not like the Kale's King from other franchises. The third time, which istoday, I did not watch her do it, and the juice tasted HORRIBLE! It was completely obvious that she poured in water, and thatthe vegetables she may have added were bad. It tasted Horrible there was no pineapple flavour in it. Pieces of kale werefloating on a clear top layer (water). And the juice did not taste like carrot at all, it was a watered down version of somemixture of bad vegetables. I am mad with myself for going there again for the third time. And that's not everything, theLouisiana Heat wrap I got was supposed to have a Mexican style hot sauce, the reason I buy it. Instead, it has something thattastes like Sriracha, or some Chinese hot sauce that contains garlic. Do not go to this place. It does not taste good at all andnow I wonder if the stuff I bought was even prepared in a clean environment. I'm not going to make the mistake of going thereagain.
