My main complaint would be with the expected tip when you are handed the machine. This has happened more than once where I will... buy a sandwich and I go to pay but the first thing I see is the expected tip on the screen because someone has preset it likethat as if you expect a tip for doing your job. On top of that the staff look at you while you're using the machine almostmaking you feel guilty. Tipping is for extraordinary service, not for grilling a sandwich using a timer to help you then cuttingthe sandwich and handing it to me and half the time the sandwich is overcooked while the other half it's cold on the inside.Also I have noticed the price has gone up while portions are smaller. Just more collateral damage from COVID-19. I still enjoythe smoothies on occasion but only on occasion because you know why, that tipping issue. I find it extraordinarily aggressiveand irritating from a business perspective to try to ask for a tip for basically nothing special all because the owner is cheapand instead tries to guilt the customers into tipping but just like your sandwiches have gotten more expensive and yoursmoothies aren't the same quality, your staff is still having to spend more for rent and food as well so you should do your duediligence and up their pay which you likely haven't done in ages. Edit in reply to the owner: I know you can decline a tip butwhen you have someone looking at you while you're declining , it can be viewed as being pressured into giving a tip. I also donot believe that any company would create a machine and put the tipping option in first. Do you not think that 9-10 bucks for asandwich is enough for a smaller sandwich than ever? Horrible service. All the food are stale and rotten. I have ordered a chia banana pudding , it was rotten well over 10 days. I... asked them they must throw out the other one which was sitting behind the shelf and dont sell expired product but they didntcare, I asked for the manager contact they refused to give out the managers phone number instead they gave me a faulty email.Most sandwiches in this location are old. They dont speak english and this is very unacceptable. ZERO STAR. YOU CAN SELL ROTTENFOOD TO PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY. Read more
Jugo juice is always one of my favorites, but the staff here is a cut above. The reason I'm leaving this rating is because I had... a minor issue with the way my food was prepared. Alex the attendant went above and beyond to try to refund my money or to giveme an alternate choice. I explained that I wasn't looking for any kind of compensation but that I just wanted to make him awareof a minor issue, and I was overall content with the transaction. When I went in a few days later, he recognized me, rememberedmy previous order and made it for me free of charge with a smile. It's hard to find this kind of customer service these days. Read more
Mostly consistent with other Jugo Juices however when I got my Acai Protein I asked for an extra whey protein serving and... usually its added so there is an extra mini cup serving but this one time I didn't get the extra that I paid for. This has beenconsistent at every location I've been to prior to here and was really bothered that my extra ingredient that I paid forreplaced some of the normal drink I should have gotten at that price I felt a little ripped off. Got a chicken avocado wrap there today. It was really bland and toasted on the outside but really mushy on the inside (dispite... them Messing up and putting spinach instead of avacado). I hadn't eaten breakfast and was starving, so I ate it anyways. 2hours later it had already worked its way through me giving me cramps and diarrhea. I definitely do not suggest eating theirchicken. Ordered a Jugo Juice drink there the other day. Watched them add a cup of OJ, 3 shavings of banana, 2 measly strawberries and a... bunch of ice to make my drink - just enough to give it some color. Tasted like whipped air and water. My wrap was not fresheither. Come one guys - you can do better. They're fortunate to have a customer base with limited options at Repsol Centre. This place is so disorganized and a total free for all. It?s so poorly run that people inadvertently take others? orders. I... don't understand why receipts can?t be printed with order numbers and matched to drinks and food as they are produced. Read more
