I went here at 6:30pm and the lady refused to make me the drinks because they were closing soon and said she had packed... everything away already. This was after I came in through the door said hi to her, as she proceeded to ignore me and carry twogarbage bags to the front of the store. I ordered another item from the menu and she made the drink, I didn?t even see her washher hands. Awful awful customer service. If they want to close early, at least update the hours on google. Me and my husband are big fans of Jugo Juice. We just live right by the Sage Hill store, however they always closed earlier... than their business hours. We decided go to Crowfoot Jugo Juice instead and the drinks taste even better. Will never go back tothis location again! Read more
The business is supposedly open until 7:00 pm as per google hours. I went there around 5:45pm and was informed it was already... closed for the day. Have tried the juice twice and every time has a different strong flavour of ginger. The women on the frontdesk always look in a bad mood and give stern looks. Read more
Horrible customer service. If I could give zero star, I would! I?ve been here thrice (when the shop is actually open!!) and I... think I am done. They don?t open till later in the day and despite putting online that they close at 7pm, they close when theowner wants to. What kind of business is this? Seems like a hobby more than a business to serve people. Each time I?m given adrink, it has a different proportion of the ingredients, thus changing the taste. The service is not even sub par, it?s bad! Wecame in and ordered 4 drinks. When asked for a tissue, we are given one. We laugh and ask for more and get one more.. it?s likethey are rationing their stuff (could be considering how bad the service and how dead it is) Overall a huge disappointment.Though I want to support small businesses, I now drive up to Beacon Hill to Booster Juice. Customer service was terrible. The person making my drink didn?t give me any eye contact when I was trying to make small talk... with her. She just seemed so angry and unhappy. She had her wireless ear buds on, which is not professional at all. When Iasked if she tried their seasonal smoothie (Blue crush I think it was) She said ?No. It?s sour.? How does she know it?s sour ifshe didn?t even try it...I left shortly to go to my car and when I returned and said ?thank you, have a good day.? She didn?tsay it back and just walked away from me. My first 1 star review! I ordered a sandwich and it had MOULD in it! Doesn?t this violate some kind of food regulations?! Yuck.
