Worst experience ever girl up front is so rude and service was really bad she give us bubble tea on paper cup not plastic one... ppl before us and after us got plastic cup. I ask her why she said we are saving them for tomorrow only few left wow I try alotjus fruit place great service but one on 17 ave se worest ever. I hope they read this and not happen anybody else. 1st visit: I came for the Happee Peeps chicken but since this store is also located at the same building it was very convenient... to get drinks. Really great match imagine eating chicken and drinking some of that good taro smoothie like a tag team in awrestling match. 2nd visit: I love this new flavor! S.L.O.W. I love bubble tea, I will drive out of my way for them. Easy location to find, clean premises???due to the long wait I... was actually looking for someplace else. I get it, I?m in the service business as well, when I?m busy I still recognize newclient and state ?I will be right there.? I did stay for a lil longer, the Bubble area Viva and Tropica are delicious. Sweettapioca pearls followed by my love of Aloe Vera and that succulent nectar of the gods. This place makes one of her best Bubble-teas in Calgary but the one reason I didn?t give it 5 ???s was because they are not... consistent in the making of their drinks. I?ll always order the same 25% sweetness but sometimes it?s extra sweet and sometimesit?s not sweet enough. I loved the mango banana (Gold Dreamer) but the banana flavour overpowered the ????. I loved the mangochunks on the top, it was a loving touch! I cannot comment on their customer service skills because we ?Skip? the order. Andthat?s another reason why I can?t comment on the cleanliness of the location. My rating is strictly for the taste. Read more
This place offer a variety of desserts that I couldn't see elsewhere in the city. They offer some really nice bubble tea and... smoothies. We liked the fruit based ones more, they tasted really delicious and fresh. Portions are so generous, too generous attimes :D The people who work there are quite nice, didn't like that it was 10:20 and since I was having a look at their menu forthe first time they warned me that they turn some machine at 10:30, I clearly wasn't gonna take all that time. Tables were notcleaned and the place itself smelled really funny. Food itself is fine. I would consider this place only for take out. Read more
