What happened to you guys used to be my go to chicken, ordered today varity bucket got home no sauces, the batter on the chicken... was moist and soggy,I picked up a piece of chicken had grease dripping, never seen that before in last 10 yrs ordering there,even kids wouldnt touch the fries, they were terrible. tonight was a big waste of $54. Not sure if i want to take that chanceagain with chicken on the way down the street and popeyes not to far. Read more
It's never been this bad at this location. We ordered a 10-piece bucket and had to wait 15 minutes for fresh chicken that was... hot but disgusting. It was soggy and the skin separated from the coating. The fresh fries were mixed in with old and cold fries.So half of them were inedible. Of all the KFCs around NW area, KFC Crowfoot is the most customer-oriented branch as fas as responding with a yes or no to food... orders/preference. Requested a combo order to replace fries with small gravy and coleslaw and they politely accommodatedalthough they don't usually cater to this request. The manager was nice enough to accept the coupon as well. The other KFC along16th Ave NW is another branch that is really good both for dine-in and take out. Very polite and quick to their toes crew. Nochit chatting specially on rush hour around lunch and dinner time. By far, the worst branch of KFC is none other than the KFCCreekside along Symon's Valley. I would avoid this KFC anytime under a sunny day to avoid ruining your perfect day. Read more
I ordered dinner from the Crowfoot location last night. Within 4 hours after eating half of the 4 piece meal with an individual... macaroni salad I was vomiting profusely. This lasted into the morning. My stomach hurt so incredibly bad. This has turned me offof ever eating KFC again. Read more
Only been here twice. Nice and clean with fast and friendly service, plus the food wasn't overcooked either time as it has been... at various other KFC locations in Calgary. My one real niggle, though, is that they didn't have any straws either time I wentthere. Not so bad if you're staying at the store to eat but a damned inconvenience if you've ordered your food to go. We waited almost 2 hours for our delivery. We understood it would take a while as they only had one driver, but this must happen... often as it also happened the last time we had ordered from this location. The 1-866 number was of no help...forwarded us to amailbox to leave a message (I'll be shocked if they return our call!). By the time our food arrived, it was luke warm and soggy.Definitely will not be ordering delivery from this location again. It was super disappointing. Read more
Very friendly staff. Ordered for pickup and had no issues. The famous chicken sandwich was surprisingly very good. Very juicy... and flavorful with nice big pickel pieces. At the time of this writing you can get 2 sandwiches with two fries for $10, thatseven better than the A&W coupons! Check it out. Read more
KFC Canada - Absolutely terrible customer service from the corporation, not the store. Nov 03, 2022 KFC's online ordering is a... complete failure and is a form of theft. I ordered online because they had an "exclusive" online deal. I ordered it and orderedextra of the Carolina mustard. When i didn't see the girl put them in the bag I asked, she cavalierly mentioned they didn'thave any sauces. Apparently, they have been out of it for a month. When i asked to speak to a manager and asked them to make itright they could not do so. They said because it was an online order they could not refund the money. It would take days. YetKFCs online ordering system clearly lets you order them. A corporation as large as KFC cannot get their act together Criminal!Having a manager who cannot make it right, even worse! There are stores who's online apps can tell me exactly how many widgetsthey have available and KFC can be out of something for a month and have no system to say "Out of Stock". I want to emphasizethe is NOT the fault of the store employees but everyone farther up. They were not even allowed to give me contact info fortheir superiors.
