First time back to a restaurant in quite a while. This was such a pleasant experience. Food was amazing. Sometimes some... Vietnamese restaurants can be a little sketchy on the ingredients, but this place uses the best ingredients and has a highquality product Read more

Worst place ever. This place is very likely to get you chronically sick. The food I ordered was stale and undercooked. When I... approached front female receptionist/cashier she yelled at me for having an opinion and refused to return my dish. She shock herhead at me and told me I was wrong. The owner was kind and agreed to give me a refund but I will never go back to thisestablishment. My advice, hire better staff or this individual will run you into the ground. Read more

First time being here. So I was served food with hair in it. I was told it was lemongrass, that I don't know the food (been to... Vietnamese restaurants before), that I don't understand. This was said to me by the lady at the front, only server, attendantwho was trying to convince me it black hair is charbroiled lemongrass. She was making a huge scene, saying everyone orders andeats it, that it was normal for the food to be cold and hair, sorry "lemongrass" in it. Why would it not be all over the foodthen? She was upset I quietly made her aware, and she began to go on and on-so ridiculous and rude. I'm the customer who payed, was hungry, and couldn't eat. They could have just offered a refund but nope, had a another order with hair in it again. Thereare so many better places I've had Vietnamese at, Regret coming, and wasting money/time on this one. The amount of times they mess my order up I don't know why I bother anymore. Today I spoke on the phone for 10 minutes with them... explaining I wanted the crispy lemon grass tofu on vermicelli, he asked twice if I want spicy I said no. I pick up my expensive2 meals and get home. It's so spicy I can't even eat it. They credited my next order but honestly I'm done. Read more

Annoyed that you can?t even get a glass of tap water here. Same thing as some other reviewers have said?we asked for water, and... they automatically charged $ for bottled water without letting us know. Not cool that everything is served in plastic containersthat just go in the garbage. And portions are small for what you pay, compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. Love the springrolls, but I won?t be back. Read more

I used to love this place. Now I'm telling everyone to not bother to not eat here. I didn't stop into a restaurant to eat take... out. They charge 1.50$ for a bottle of water instead of offering a glass of water with your meal! The prices are way higherthan they once were, and now they serve uour meal in plastic take out bowls that are half the size. Very disappointed. Take yourbusiness to a real restaurant. Read more

For the price you serve yourself. Pay before you order and they don?t have glasses of water. Only water bottles for an extra... charge. I dined in and still use plastic bowls that don?t have room for enough broth, they don?t have the little glass saucersfor your sauce (see from photo) and for some reason I had 4 huge slices of tomato?s in my sate pho see in photo. Didn?t comewith sprouts mint or lime. Other Vietnamese restaurants are much better value and way better service Read more

There are severe problems with this restaurant. 1. The entire service is self-oriented by customers. The customers have to get... their own chopsticks, spoons, and their meals when the bell provided to you rings. 2. There is an option for tipping in themachines. Although on the paying machine there's the option to press 'No Tip' the very fact that there are other options, especially as the first option, the dollar or percentage based tips when everything is self oriented is not ethical. 3. Thetaste is not great. The broth has the scent of a cheap broth powder you can get from any Chinese supermarket. 4. The volume offood is so low for the price. You can go to another pho nearby and for the same price you can get a lot more. 4. The bowls andplates that the food comes in are single use plastic containers you get when you order delivery. 5. The water is not free. Iasked for a cup of water, they give me a bottled nestle purelife water and charges me without telling me that it will costmoney. They charge you about $1.80 per bottle. Overall: there are so many other pho restaurants that can provide better food innon-plastic bowls/plates, at a cheaper or similar pricing. When I brought this up to the owners, the only argument that theygave was that they could barely survive from only takeout service for the last 2 years. And that they don't even have cups forwater anymore. If the restaurant can't even afford to provide normal bowls at a restaurant, I don't think the business shouldhave even opened for in-person service in the first place. This is the same quality you would see in a school cafeteria, and ifthat was the goal, you have achieved it. Read more
