In 9 Nov at 5:30pm, my wife went into Marble Slab Creamery to pick up a pre-paid cake for our son's birthday. She told to the... assistant that the cake was ready, and she just wanted to collect it since the event was about to start at 6pm. The assistantunfriendly pointed to the queue and told her to wait with other customers who were purchasing ice-creams. It took 25 minutes towait in the line and 20 seconds to take the cake when it was her turn. When my wife tried to complain about this, the assistantdid not even react to her. They sell popcorn as well, my daughter loves pop corn and the one that we got at this location is not fresh, its like chewing a... rubber really. We ask the salesperson of how fresh the popcorn is and she said its 2 days old. Too bad we already paid for itand the staff gave us attitude, she's banging stuffs as we walked away because we complained. Not gonna come back here. Stayaway from this store please. Read more

The service was very disappointing. The crew was like in the "I don't want to work anymore" mood. The guy crew is very lousy.... Our ice cream was everywhere and don't even bother to replace the spilled ice cream on the sides. After he gave us our order heleft and get another order from the people in the line up. I asked the lady crew to get our payment, she did punch our order andthrew the receipt like here ya go go away LOL. What an experience. I know they are busy BUT in food industry even if you're busyyou must treat your customers well. Anyway, ice cream was good but I think we will never comeback again.
