This is the best McDonald's I've been to in Calgary. Despite the standardized process, the burgers seem to taste the best at... this location. Fry freshness still varies however. They've recently had some renos so the place looks even nicer. Read more
Every time we get nuggets here, they are kind of hit or miss, mostly miss to be honest. But just now we ordered 30 nuggies on... skip from here. 20 of them were cold and stale, but 10 of them were a shade of brown we've never seen before. They were driedout to a crisp. I'm NOT a big fan of McDonald's. But, my family and I decided to stop by and get some iced coffees. They were having trouble... with one of their computers, and our app code wouldn't work, and was messing up the order or something. The young lady at thewindow was extremely polite and professional. She tried everything seemingly to correct matters. Eventually she had to callover a manager. He apologized for the error, and the time it was taking. He kindly told us that our order was on the house,for our troubles. I didn't ask, and would not have expected it. I've worked in restaurants, and know how tough and thanklessthe work is. So this review is my thanks. Not just for the free coffees and fries, and not just for trying to make a minorinconvenience less so, but also because these are people working hard, who deserve some recognition. Read more
Would not recommend this McDonalds. As many have mentioned, the service is sloooow. We sat behind someone who ordered four... drinks for 10 minutes. They have yet to give me what I ordered, often adding or forgetting items. Perhaps if they actually tookan order properly it would help. They often say ?sorry, just a minute? while you?re in the middle of ordering. If you do getwhat you ordered, it is sloppily put together or burned. Just skip it. Read more
Been here twice, and got our food wrong/ gross the first time, second time (drive through)waited for food to be brought out and... was patient ( especially since it was busy)till at least the 10th car received their food....so I asked the lady (she was kind &felt bad) she told me they didn't know our order inside so I had to go in to prove I had paid and tell them 3 more times whatthe order was & wait another stupid amount of time ???? It?s hard to rate this McDonald?s. The people are great and their customer service is always top notch. But I?d like to come... here and and receive the correct order in the drive through. The staff take the order correctly. But only one time have wereceived what we ordered and paid for. For a family with multiple allergies, this is very frustrating because we cannot just?deal? with it. And, to add, why would you think to put the cheese on the bottom in this situation. Read more
A good experience. Friendly and fast service. Food was in order and fries were fresh.
In drive through, I got a chicken bacon wrap and a chicken nugget kids meal. As the cashier closed her window she mumbled... something about a Chicken Cesar wrap so when I got to the next window after waiting 5 minutes and my food came out, I asked isit chicken bacon and she assure me it was. When I got home the wrap had fallen apart in the package and I could see there was apossibly 2? tiny sliver of bacon, a gross amount of Cesar dressing, a couple of overripe tomatoe slices, a tiny bit of Lettuceand 2 pieces of crispy chicken. The fries with the kids meal were white and not fried and cold. Was all totally gross for my$11!!!!! Read more
