I wish I could give this location a 0/5. Waited 15 minutes to be SERVED ! After calling for assistance multiple times, someone... finally acknowledged us which looked to be a manager half took our order then screamed for another person to help us take theother order, Just for them to not know how to use the till. Just to top it off they took another 10 mins to get 2 large friesand a coke. Very simple order. While waiting we stood next to someone else that had been waiting 45 mins for her order and theyrefused to give her a refund. Horrible customer service, will never be coming back again. Read more
The convenience of the location doesn't make it worth the service we seem to always get. A few things I've experienced over... several visits.... Every time we order drinks here, it's just carbonation with no flavor as they've informed us they run outwithout offering an alternative drink with the meals. Their lefthand ordering menu is almost always out of service with no signthat is is out of order. To avoid hassle, I've also tried to place mobile orders 20 minutes out and still end up wait anadditional 15 in the lot. If you get directed to pull forward to a reserved slot, they may forget about you. And sadly, we stillend up having to go in when they forget parts of the meal. Read more
Kids were hungry while we were in the area. Even they know McDonald's McNuggets are the best and asked for them. Drive thru was... packed so ordered via the app to pick up inside the restaurant. There was a big line inside too. Took longer than normal, butthat's because of the traffic. Better yet, everything was fresh thanks to the traffic. I definitely don't mind waiting forbetter food! Kids love the McNuggets and fries. The fries were hot and fresh - best time to munch on! Read more
Today was my first day in this location in a very long time! The energy of the staff was phenomenal. My cashier, a beautiful,... smiling, tall blonde, left me with a glowing smile. Watching their team work together was amazing. A wonderful example of whatgreat staff can bring together. Service was efficient and as always McDonald's flavor! Seriously amazing environment. It's McDonald's and pretty much everyone knows what to expect. It's fast food and they've managed to make it more efficient to... order using their app which works about 90% of the time. Kudos to them for improving the coffee over the years. Many of myfriends actually prefer it over other options like Tim Hortons or Starbucks these days. Read more

I thought I would buy myself a birthday quarter pounder with cheese. I got 2 dry buns with a patty and 3 slivers of onion. This... is the third time my order is messed up. Generally speaking, I have had good experiences and service at McDonald's. I walked out of this location today, the server at... the counter was more interested in talking with her friends then serving the potential customers waiting for service. Iunderstand it's difficult finding staff right now, let alone loyal staff who are willing to show up and work. Read more
