Hate to be "that guy" and maybe it was bad timing to visit. But there was no service, long waits, everyone on the line had... issues with the orders, empty promises ( overheard person in front of me about a refund) dirty tables... McDonalds isnt what it used to be. When changing items they get it wrong constantly and there is no real customer service. I... understand it is as streamlined as possible but there could still be some politeness to people and care taken with the food.Head office doesnt care either. Their drive through is open 24 hours however when you go order between 3:00 AM- 4:30 AM they keep saying that they JUST... re-started their system so they are not taking orders. When you go back to their drive through after few minutes, still theyjust started their system. Did not happen only once. Visited other drive through multiple times at different hours during thenight, never encountered like this. I guess management needs to look into these. Read more
930pm doors locked staff rude yelling at guests . Refused me to use the washroom. Told to go home by a very rude "them " for... lack of a better word. He/she should loose thier job talking to guests like that . I have a full video of the descustingtreatment at this place! We went to forest lawn McDonald's drive thru. Ordered 3 pancake happy meals and egg mcmuffin meal. They packed everything in... small weak bags soon as we lifted them they dumped all the food on the ground. I managed to salvage egg mcmuffin took one biteit had egg shells in it.
