Super rude to the delivery service. If you dont like your job why are you working there??? This little girl ask me whats the... numbers to my orders then .... I showed it to her cause its mix numbers and letters she proceeded to walk away from me with anattitude like I did something wrong. So then tried to explain to the Filipino night manager what just happened, why you guysallowed her to be rude for no reason, just cause she didnt wanna look at my phone??? And he dismissed me like I wasn't there,then told me his ganna call the cops on me, I have a business to run, after the little girl told me she was going to smackme.... ??? Like really? So professional. I told them I represent the costumer, but little did they care... Faking order completion times at the expense of the customers! Came here at night, very disappointed with the sneaky tactic. The... staff were purposely only taking one to two cars at a time and fully completing the orders before taking the next car. Thiscaused a huge empty gap in the middle of the line while cars were piling up at the end of the drive through. I?m sure this wasto make their time seem fast. Which is not the actual time obviously. Also said they couldn?t do a separate order cuz they arebusy yet they decide to keep everyone waiting?. Till they complete an order. I?ll also be adding a video to show this. McDonald?s: where they always get it wrong. I asked for 2 happy meals without toys and only a book, but they gave me the toy... anyway without the book. I asked for no pickles on my burger, there was a pickle in the middle. The only saving grace was thatthe fries were fresh and freshly salted. I would not recommend going to this location for any special orders. Read more
I come to this McDonald's quite often throughout the month, however this time the quality was not up to the standard.Today, I... got an order which included a poutine with extra gravy. However, today's poutine was a SEA of gravy. It was a soup rather than apoutine. Due to the high amount of hot gravy, the cheese curds completely melted and were rather gross. It was the closest thingI've eaten to the consistency of wet boogers. I asked my husband to go back to the counter and request a new one with lesspoutine sauce. The employee laughed and agreed that there was an unusual amount of gravy and returned with a new one.Unfortunately, the second suffered from the exact same problem. We decided not to ask for a manager or to make fuss about thesituation as we understand that this is most likely a one-off, however there is clearly a training issue somewhere. Possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Tried curbside pickup through the app a few minutes before I arrived, waited... 20 min for my order and finally went inside to get it. The place was filthy, garbage and spilled pop all over the prep floors. When I asked about my order they hadn't even started making it and it wasn't that busy. Tried it again a few weeks later usingthe drive thru. Had to park for another 10 min. Got the order wrong. I didn't have another half an hour to fix it so Iaccepted what I got even though I didn't get what I ordered and got far less than what i paid for. Read more
Sadly I will have to stop coming to this McDonald?s because it is getting out of control. Insane wait times for food that is... cold because the staff can?t communicate which vehicle the food goes to. I watched an employee wander around the lot for 10minutes before coming to me at the wait window in the drive through asking if that is what I ordered. We get the food that isnow ice cold and go home. (We should?ve checked it before leaving clearly) When we get home we open our ?meals? that aredripping in grease, ketchup everywhere except the burger, no sauce, dry old buns and chicken, half empty fries? I?ve had somebad McDonald?s trips but this one takes the cake. Do better! It?s awful! Read more
