My family was excited to try this grilled cheese sandwich joint, and we left a little underwhelmed. The Southern Chicken... sandwich was really good, as was the Godfather. Milkshakes were tasty though a tad too expensive for the serving amount. Thetater tots as a side were also good, as they must cook them in the same oil as the onion rings. The Mac Daddy poutine was themost disappointing, as it looked like it should taste delicious (if you are a fan of onions and macaroni and cheese) but the bbqsauce used (maybe poutine sauce) left a lot to be desired. I really like that Meltwich offers special priced food items for eachday of the week, and the premise is fantastic. Execution was lacking unfortunately. The food is heavy and very filling, so weprobably didn't need to order as much as we did. They do have a kids menu and my children enjoyed the kids grilled cheese, but Iam not sure if we will come back. Hard to recommend, unless you really love cheese melts and poutine. They do use Frank's HotSauce for some of their menu items, and I do love me some Frank's. Read more

This place atmosphere is very welcoming, we liked it as soon we arrived in the restaurant. The gentleman behind the counter... greeted us with a welcoming smile and patiently answered all of our questions. The Poutines were super delicious and the musicwas awesome but little loud for us. honestly this is the first time I have tried this restaurant but it won't be the last time.I have been living in Calgary almost 20 years and I didn't find this restaurant Management must do some kind of marketing orawareness campaign because I know lot of my friends are looking for this kind of vegetarian options. We ordered Monday special and was good also big portions. Drink can only chose from Cans,only 3 choices if they serve fountain... drink! Alcohol is available good option too. Each Burgers has Letters but could not figure out, if they have numbers or ? moreeasy Read more
Not bad at all. My friends Nashville sammich was good. My Nashville Chicken poutine was ok. Not much for chicken pieces. Soupy... bottom. Was busy at lunch. Wait time was about 10 mins for our meals. Read more
My experience at this meltwich location has been amazing. Fenil helped us in picking what was best for us trying different... options when we asked for help. As you enter the restaurant you?re greeted with an amazing and inviting atmosphere. The menu washuge and surprisingly full of so many options of food choices for something tasty lunch, dinner, or a snack, and very appealing!I was quickly won over by the service and beautiful Food presentation.
