We went there for dinner for the first time on a saturday. Experience wasn't quite great. One would assume the restaurant was... packed as I called around 6:30 pm and was told that 7:30 pm would be ideal time. We got there around 7:20 pm and was confused asthere were a lot of empty tables. Even a family that came after us was turned away? Never seen that happen anywhere. We orderedcombo 1 premium that was $125. Serving size & taste of bulgogi & short rib were good; however, the galbisal was much to bedesired. In all the kbbq places I've gone to, I have never ever seen a paper thin galbisal lol. It was so thin that both sidesof the meat almost simultaneously got cooked as soon as I put it on the grill which was really disappointing to say the least.Amount of woosamgyup was too little for the price point of. Overall, not worth the price for what you get. I've paid the sameprice in other places with similar combo offers which had way better cuts of meat, better amount and which even included a ribeye. Lastly, the service. Most kbbq restaurants has service buttons on each table. This restaurant had them but weren't usingthem which was weird. So the service was heavily reliant on servers coming to check on you. We got helped only 3 times withinthe hr and a half: being seated, food was set on the table, and when I flagged one of them to check out. Ordered the Chulpan Combo and chose Woosamgyupsal. With this combo, you get to choose one main chulpan (Chicken/Beef/Pork/Beef... Gopchang) with glass noodles, bbokeumbap and 4 side dishes. Love this place. Can't stop coming back. Their kimchi pancake is SO good. So glad they can finally make bingsu again.

BBQ restaurant. We have ordered the 4 people set. Good value for the price and meat is in good quality. Service is very very... slow and they forget our order so we have wait for 45 min to have our first dishes. Air circulation is very bad and all smokesaround the restaurant. Read more

I don?t give 5 stars because they don?t cook BBQ beef in their kitchen ( because sometimes I go with friends my body smell like... smoke ????) and serving wasn?t good on that day. Hopefully next time they get better service. Read more

Delicious Korean food and (mostly) welcoming staff. Combo for four people was more than enough food for us 4 adults and 2... teens. We did order extra rice, a Korean pancake and one of the soups just in case. Great variety of meats and sides. And oneof the servers that we dealt with was very welcoming and even taught us a few Korean words to make the experience even better! Probably one of my Top 5 for Korean restaurants in the city. There was only one server working when I was in and she had at... least 6 full tables.With that said we still got our food on time and the server was super nice to us and kept apologizing forher service. Food is pretty good. Pork belly was cut in nice thick strips and was nice and soft. The fried chicken is very goodI would definitely recommend having either the boneless or the sweet and spicy fried chicken. The Kimchi fried rice and theglass noodles is also delicious.
