AMAZING experience! I can’t begin to describe how wonderful our experience was at Modern Steak. The food was incredible, but I... have to say the service topped everything. Our server Ryan was so incredibly informative and knowledgeable about each cut ofsteak, Ryan and the rest of the staff were also so kind. They set the table up beautifully for our anniversary dinner, food camequick and was plated with care. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality meal with incredible service. I have to say I finally tasted beef! Our waiter well he was magnificent. His knowledge was outstanding. He was very quite,... cleaned the table as passing. We had everything. We tried the wagyu board! The Japanese is out of this planet! Australian wasokay like a bit better than anywhere else but wouldn’t pay that much for it, the unfortunate taste came with the Canadian beeffrom Ontario well if i remember right it was a ribeye but i ate better well i ate what tasted to me better, not the seasoningthe meat.
