The food was great but the service was stellar. So nice to finally get out with my kids and enjoy an entire evening as a family... while being completely accommodated by the team here! Our server Laurel made it even better. She was attentive and made ournight much more enjoyable. I'll be sure to ask for her by name next time we can swing a family night out! Thank you Laurel. The service was very slow for us and it took a long time to order. The manager apologized and comped our meals. The ribs were... very good and overall we were happy with the food (we did have to ask for a few missing sides). Despite the manager comingaround, service was still slow for the entireity of the meal. We will give this restaurant a second chance because weappreciated the effort and enjoyed the food. I've been here many times but never been this disappointed. Went here with a couple buddies for All You Can Eat Ribs here. I... would advise everyone not to order All You Can Eat Ribs and just order something else. The first rack of ribs was fantastic!When I ordered for a second round, they will give you a half rack (which is fine) but VERY dry and does not have a lot offlavour in it. I thought it was just a mistake so I ordered another one and that was even worse! I told our waitress becausethere's something wrong with the ribs that I'm getting and she said she'll tell the chefs. I ordered my 3rd half rack and I feellike they didn't change anything and it was the worst compared to all of it. Really leaves me questioning the customer servicehere. I ordered dessert just to let it go and at least I was satisfied with it. Highly recommend it (forgot the namealready). Overall, this restaurant has downgraded when all the restrictions are lifted and I'm very disappointed. Came heremany times and that will be my last visit. If you haven't eaten in this restaurant, try and see for yourself. It may be adifferent scenario. Read more

We came here for dinner after being told at another restaurant there was a 30 minute wait?should?ve waited the 30 minutes? we... were seated quickly which was nice but it took about 15 minutes for a waitress to come talk to us. When she did I asked if itwould at all be possible to get a booth, I had noticed there were a few empty ones. She assured me she?d find me a booth. About25 minutes later another lady (I believe was a manager) came to ask if our waitress had been by. I told her no and explainedthat I had asked about a booth. She tells me it?s just not possible because of how busy it was and all the reservations theyhad. Whatever. Fine. She asks what we want to drink and eat and we tell her she doesn?t write anything down. About 20 moreminutes go by and still have not seen our ?waitress? another girl brings out appetizer and at this point I?m thinking theexperience may be better?wrong. We finish our plate and then we are waiting about 45-50 more minutes until the waitress, who hasbeen walking by us for the past HOUR comes by and asked if we had ordered anything else. I told her we ordered food over an hourago. She told us it would be right out. Another 20 minutes and we finally get the food, I asked for the bill and boxes and wewere still fully charged. We weren?t ?served? at all. And might I just add, the booths I had seen empty earlier, were stillempty by the time we left?will not be going back and I don?t think we should have been charged for at least the appetizer. Had a dinner with my husband and my little one(son)I?ve been in service for about 10yrs, and I would say that the... server/waitress that served us tonight was extremely amazing! Great service, it was excellent. We ordered ribs and wings withsweet potato, steak, and for my baby, Alfredo pasta with fries. I?m not really good remembering names, all I can remember, thisserver is working at the bar as well, has a long black hair and beautiful. Food was delish, everything was perfect. Actually I went to this branch twice first visit was amazing. But 2nd was really horrible experience.I changed my 5 star review... to be just one.I was with my family and we ordered beef rips all plates came cold and when I asked to heat the meat.They burntit!!in addition to missing good portion of it which is wired for me. They offer free dessert as a compensation, Is that enoughfor ruining our dinner?! Regarding the appetizer we ordered KAPOW! Shrimp and it came over cooked??. If you have the option, I would not recommend here. When arriving, they refused accommodations for someone who was disabled and... couldn't stand for a long period of time. We even offered to bring a chair over ourself, and was denied that. I believe her namewas Marquita, who was very nonchalant and could care less about the difficulty of having a disability. We were told the waittime would be 10 to 15 minutes and it was 23, which wasn't terrible. But, after we got seated, we waited another 12 minutesbefore someone even came to greet us or take drink orders. They did seem to be understaffed, so we kind of let that slide aswell. We started off with the antejelos? I think that was the name of it? But they were cold, they didnt even feel like theywere cooked, and they forgot to put the meat in them! So we sent them back, and they did take them off the check. We alsoordered the Kapow shrimp, which was really good. However, when it came to ordering the main dishes......wow. There was somemajor miscommunication between the staff and kitchen. My order was wrong, just everything. So I ordered something that someoneelse had, and it was actually good. Even though it took a while to get, and everyone was finished eating by time I got my food.So that sucked. Most of it I just took to go. The only saving grace was that our server Aaliyah was super sweet, andaccommodating to the best of her ability. It was about 45-50 dollars per person, not including a tip. I personally think thatwas a lot. I don't feel like the quality, and certainly not the service, or experience matched the price point.
