I come here a lot for work, over twelve years. The restaurant has not changed, it’s a staple, the food is always decent and... consistant and so is the service. On my last time around I ordered a Cobb salad and was really pleasantly surprised by thedish. The only drawback for me at this restaurant is the noise. We stopped in for a late dinner on Sunday night with our young family. The restaurant was fairly busy, but the patio more so as... it was a beautiful evening. Our server was amazing and seemed to be juggling lots of tables inside and out, which leads me tobelieve they may have been a little understaffed the evening we visited. Nonetheless, we were well taken care of and our kidsabsolutely loved their meals, as did my wife and I. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and were extremely flavourful. The kidsenjoyed their dessert as did we. I just wish they hadn't run out of their watermelon sangria, but their Mojito hit the spot onthe hot day. Yeah I have to say this was an unexpected visit. I ran tardy with work, and rolled into Calgary late. Too late to have a meal at... one of my favorite places near my pre-flight hotel. The hotel desk recommended a late meal at Moxie’s, within walking distance… and I’m glad they did! I was alone, so finding a table in the lounge was easy. The staff was prompt and knowledgeable ofthe drinks menu and of their entrees. Perfect. The Old Fashioned here is pedestrian, but the strip steak they followed up withis exceptional. Great food! I ordered the sirloin steak and it was absolutely wonderful and was filled with flavors with a side of mashed... potato's and the steak sauce. The sauce itself was also very flavorful but complimented the steak in a good way! The staff wasalso very helpful in finding something to order and helped find a drink. While the food was a bit pricy, It was definitely worthit place. I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed outing with good food options! Read more

Service was great, quick and efficient. I recieved an impeccable negroni, thanks to the bartender. Tuna tacos were next level,... highly recommended. The only reason for 1 star loss: the calamari was wack. I'm not sure how they prepared them, but it seemseither processed or a waste of time because they were rubbery and there's no reason to include a couple shrimp, other than toremind you how rubbery the calamari is.
