This is a good lunch spot if you have a kid. The kids pizza is reasonably priced and includes a drink and dessert. Compare... that to Earl's which doesn't have a kids menu and their cheese pizza is $16. I'm always looking for a good place to go where myson can eat, I don't have to cook and I can get some work done and this one is better than a lot of similar places. My husband and I stopped here for a quick weekday dinner and drinks. They have a happy hour from 2-5 p.m. but unfortunately we... just missed it! We chose to sit in the lounge area, and were really impressed with the cleanliness, spaciousness and number oflarge booths available. It was very hard to pick what to eat for dinner, as there were so many great sounding options. We optedfor the beef dip, blackened shrimp tacos and a bellini and caesar to drink. We couldn't believe how fast the service was, andthe food came out super hot and fresh. For a non-Mexican restaurant, the tacos really hit the mark. The ingredients were freshand very flavourful. I was also impressed with the freshly cooked tortilla chips and fresh guacamole, which had a little bit ofa spicy kick. My only critique is that the portion of chips and guacamole that came as the side was not very big for the price,but the tacos did have a fair amount of filling (over $18 for three tacos and just a small handful of chips). The beef dip wasalso very fresh and flavourful and seemed to have a bit of a larger portion size for the price. All in all, we were very happywith our experience here and would definitely come back. Had a great time here. Customer service was excellent. they told us there was no calamari, so we proceeded to order guacamole... for appetizer. In the end, we were still able to get calamari due to miscommunication and told us that the guacamole is in thehouse! Steak and chicken alfredo was really good. Definitely worth the money. Read more

I hadn't been to Moxie's in years and I was pleasantly surprised especially by this location. I actually didn't know that this... location existed weirdly enough. I've gone to the shark club which is right next door but this is sort of tucked around thecorner. The staff here is super kind! Everyone always has a smile on their face and has amazing recommendations for wine andfood. The quality of the meals are great and the desserts were presented very nicely!
