I had an issue, employee (who was awesome)called her manager. He wanted to talk to me on the phone. He was the most rude,... condescending manager I've ever dealt with. Got it twice and never as good as other locations. The frist time i thought it was. Bad because it was 30min to close time. Not... much meat in my burrito and lackluster of other toppings. The second time was prim lunch time and it was even worse then thefrist. Read more
This location is not worth your business and makes the franchise look pretty bad. The location in Mission is what a franchise... should be like, friendly staff, great service, proper portions, and fresh, warm food. This location serves noticeably reducedportions, is sloppy with ingredients, unfriendly, and the burritos have always been cold. Read more
I would like to begin with saying the food was absolutely amazing! By far some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. Full... transparency I was hesitant to go as a result of Buddy Budinski's review but man was he wrong and I'm glad I went. I actuallywent about 3 times during breakfast and lunch to see if past reviews reflected in my experience prior to writing my review andthey did not at all. The staff was very engaging, super friendly and understanding of my dietary conditions/allergies with greatportions. People have to remember you get what you pay for, you can't expect extra meat if you're not paying the premium!! The"older woman" was also very polite and provided a great customer experience by asking me questions, how my weekend was etc. andthe best part was that she not only remembered me but also my order from my first visit which amazed me. Amending my previous 5-star review; my colleagues and I were regular customers but this place has been consistently... disappointing over the past year. Prices are jacked up, veggies much less fresh, and today I had two separate staff memberstopping my burrito simultaneously, impatiently shouting questions at me and acting like every topping I ordered was a monumentalhardship for them. There was no line behind me, I was quick with my order, and it would have gone much quicker if they hadn'tbeen shouting questions in unison. This has been a consistent trend lately. We just ordered catering from here for our Work Team Lunch and it was fantastic! We had gone with the lunch box deal which... includes a burrito, nacho chips and salsa and a chocolate chip cookie! It was a great price and super organized. We filled out aform so each of our staff could customize their order. They were on time with the delivery and they had written each personsname on the boxes so it was easy to know whose lunch was whose. The staff was friendly and easy to work with!
