Ordered from here for the first time after years of listening to my neighbor tell me how its the best pizza in the city. Now I... feel like a fool for waiting so long to try it. Are old pizza place is going down hill, food wise, so I decided to try this place. Not only was it a bit cheaper but the pizza... was a lot better. The waitress was excellent. I have been a big fan of OP for years. Yesrerday I ordered delivey for the shrimp combo and it was so good I wanted more. ... Tonite ordere? 2 shrimp apps and 2 Onion Soups. First problem, the container for soup delivery is ridiculous. Leaked anddelivery drivers seat was soaked. To even get it in the door had to hold the sodden bag by the bottom..hot! Consult withChinese food restaraunts...dont have that problem. The menu shows 7 shrimp per app but got 6. Also didnt get the cocktail sauceserved with the combo. Love their food and their delivery guy, but this was a huge disappointment. CHANGE Your soupcontainers, and change your menu when you shrink your portions please! Read more
Do not get the leather they call steak, the gravy was gross and the Caesar was watered down on top of it the service was... atrocious, she never once came to check on us or even ask how the meal was when I rang the bell at the till to pay. $57 for 2meals and 1 drink none of which were even half finished. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Read more
Ordered off Uber eats and missing items from the order. Hard to say if it was the restaurant that forgot or driver had a good... snack. Called and they said that it wasn?t there so must have gone out. Pizza was good. Read more
So I've been going to Ogden Pizza since the 80's and I have to say this. Tonight was the worst experience we have ever had. ... Lets start with th 15 minutes to get a drinkorder in. My wife ordered the chicken parm and was told she got a ceaser salad, alasthat isn't the case, she didn't find out until all of the salads were tabled. My son ordered a steak sandwich with stuffedpotato, got fries, I ordered veal parm with fries, and she ordered veal cutlets with stuffed potato. For my first time I was pretty impressed. Order a large Billy?s and a Zucchini Sticks to go (love that they have these). Pizza... had lots of topping and a great crust. Zucchini was cooked perfectly. Service was friendly on the phone and at the counter.Order was prepared on time. Read more
Thought we would try it again after an extended absence because of poor service previously. Ordered some food and it took an... hour and a half to receive it after the guy who took my order said it would only be 30 to 40 minutes. After calling to see whereour food was, they kept telling me that the driver left over an hour ago when the driver finally showed up he said oh I justpick the order up 10 minutes ago. Someone?s lying. Also when I called to see where the order was each time I called there was noresponse to the person who answered the phone, but I could clearly hear them helping somebody at the cash register. So I hung upand called again and got the same thing. When we ate the food, it was subpar. My dog wouldn?t even eat it. Never again will Iorder from this place. Read more
